Well, we are in our third week. If you have been following my study. How has it been going for you? For me God is good and yes, good all the time. Even though I am in the valley a good friend of mine told me yesterday, “you maybe in the valley Teresa, however you know, or you should know God has a Lilly while you are there.”
I had to think about that for a little while nevertheless, she is correct. even though my life is not where I would like it. God has taken care of me. I want you to look at your life no matter what is happening. Do you live in the valley right now? Or are you sailing on what I would call auto pilot? What I mean by autopilot is life is going well and you do not have to worry about really too much.
Well, today no matter where you sit in life. We need to make sure the first thing we are doing is sitting with the Lord and bringing all of us to him.
So, as I would like you to do with me in this week’s study.
Let us learn two more bible verses. However, I Want you to get out your bible and study the life of Joseph. That is in the book of Genesis 37to genesis fifty.
The reason I want to go there this week as I was thinking about what my friend was saying to me. Is if we take any character in the bible not one of them had this perfect life. Now, Jesus was perfect yet, he did not have a perfect ride when he was on earth. Jesus, had to battle a lot.
Therefore, as I share this with you all. No matter where you are in life. the battles will come, the trials will follow you.it is just how do we deal in our life to see the Lilly when we are in the valley of our life’s challenges.
Joseph has a lot to share with us. He did start out when he was a young boy, and you see all the way to his death. It is a remarkable story to look at this week. As you read the words of Josephs life do not think as you read and turn the pages that it happened in a blink of an eye. He had to wait and wait and wait on the lord.
Read and really sit in the story. See how the valley of joseph’s life had valleys but the lilies were there for sure. How he stayed positive while his trials kept on happening. See what God pulls out for you while you are in your study. I know each one of us will be brought to a different part of his life and learn so much while reading this remarkable story of a young boy that was given a coat of many colors.

Dear heavenly Father,
I come boldly to your cross. As I stand behind the old rugged cross today and give my thoughts to my readers. I can only pray your face is showing to all that are reading this for your glory. I know we do not know what life will bring our way. Weather we are on auto pilot or in the valley of our lives. I know when we follow you it is not always going to be an easy life as you share in your words. Hence, you have us in every part of our lives. I know this for you share this with me. Father, yes, tomorrow is not ours. I am proud to read in Mathew that you tell us to just keep on following you and your kingdom. And all will be added unto us. For your will not ours. I love that me and my readers are going to look at the life of joseph to see just that. How you provided for him however, the season was for Joseph. I also know that you in say John, (16:33 “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world I know some of my readers are in the valley and are having trouble trying to see the glory in it. But there is a Lilley to be found. I do believe that johns words tell us that so well. I know you will come through with it all for us in your timing. You have shown us this just by reading your word and getting closer to you. All I can say I love you Lord with all my heart no one can do for me like you can, and we see that so well.
